F.A.Q.
How do I get started?
After you place your online order, you just gather your clothes, put them in garbage bags and place them outside your front door. We will come by and pick them up.
How do weekly and bi-weekly plans work?
When you select a weekly or bi-weekly plan, we will continue to pick up at that same time and day of the week going forward. We will send a text and email reminder the day before pick up, so you won't forget.
When will my laundry be returned?
Your clean clothes will be back to you the next business day if you have the weekly or bi-weekly plan. For the occasional plan, clothes will be returned within two business days. Payment will need to be made prior to clothes being returned.
Will you hang any of my clothes?
Yes, many of your clothes will be folded, however, some shirts and slacks will be hung if more fitting. If you have specific things that you want hung, please indicate that in the notes when ordering. If you have your own hangers that you prefer, please send them along and we will use them.
How do I pay?
When ordering you will be charged for the 15 pound minimum. This is not not the full price. Once we get your clothes to our wash facilities, we will weigh them right away and send you an invoice for anything over the minimum. This will allow you time to pay the invoice before your expected return delivery,
How do I weigh my clothes?
You do not need to worry about weighing them. We will weigh the clothes before we wash them.
What if I miss my pickup time?
We will automatically reschedule you for the following day. If you miss the second pickup day, please contact us to reschedule.
Can I use my own laundry products?
Yes. Just send what you want used along with your dirty clothes and we will make sure to use them.
